Batman Live Contest Rules
Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Entry deadline: noon November 4, 2012
Must be over 18 to enter, but guests can be of any age.
Winner will be chosen at random. You may enter once per day.
Prizes: 4 tickets to BATMAN LIVE on December 5th, 7:30pm, at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received at the studios of Indiana's NewsCenter, 3401 Butler Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46808 Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone. Winner's image may be used on-air on the networks of Indiana's NewsCenter and online at www.INCnow.tv. No cash value in the event of production or venue cancellation.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
