1st Inch of Snow Contest Rules
Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD
Valid entries will be accepted until the first inch of snow is recorded at the Fort Wayne International Airport.
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to be eligible for this contest. Winner will be required to sign a release form and show a state or federal issued identification. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
Contest winner must reside within the following Indiana counties: Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Huntington, Jay, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, Whitley or the following Ohio counties: Paulding and Van Wert
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
In case of a tie, the winner will be picked in a random drawing from all correct entries.
