Deadline for entry is Midnight: Sunday, November 25th, 2012
Winner will be notified via email.
Prizes to be picked up by winners at the studios of Indiana's NewsCenter, 3401 Butler Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46808
Prizes not picked up by noon December 28th, 2012 will be forfeited.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
