Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
This prize is non refundable, cannot be exchanged and has no cash value.
- Final 3 couples to be announced on January 25, 2013.
- Winning couple to be announced by February 4 , 2013.
- Wedding will take place on May 17, 2013, broadcast live at noon on INC - no exceptions. Couple to be available to Indiana's NewsCenter on May 17, 2013, from 6:00am through the hours of the reception.
Both the Bride & Groom must be 21 years of age or older by May 17, 2013, to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
You must be ready, willing and able to be lawfully married in the state of Indiana.
You must provide your own marriage license and official (licensed in the state of Indiana) to perform the ceremony.
Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. If a winner is unreachable or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Indiana's NewsCenter cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Winners and certain members of the wedding party will be required to sign a release form and show a state or federal issued identification. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Indiana's NewsCenter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Indiana's NewsCenter viewers will vote via online contesting for specific choices within various categories including Wedding Couple, Invitations, Wedding Dress, Tuxedos, Bridesmaid Dresses, Wedding Rings, Brunch Menu, Wedding Cake and Honeymoon. The decisions of the viewing/voting public are final.
Indiana's NewsCenter reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 90 mile radius of the affiliate's office: 3401 Butler Road/Fort Wayne, IN/46808.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Indiana's NewsCenter the right to use and publish their proper name and image in print, on the air, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Indiana's NewsCenter reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
