NBC33 Excellence in Education
Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Your nominee must be a public or private school teacher within the following Indiana counties: Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Huntington, Jay, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, Whitley or the following Ohio counties: Paulding and Van Wert. Winner will be required to sign a release form and show a state or federal issued identification. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received. Winner's image may be used on-air on MyTV Fort Wayne, ABC 21Alive, NBC33, Fort Wayne CW and online at www.INCnow.tv.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
