Submit a photo of your original work of art including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, collage, quilting, ceramics or other form of displayable art.  Include a description of the inspiration behind your artwork.  By submitting your photo, the artist releases all publishing rights for use of submitted photo on the networks of WPTA, WISE and INCnow.tv.  If your piece of artwork is chosen as the monthly feature, the artist will donate their original piece of artwork to WPTA, WISE and INCnow.tv for broadcast, display and donation for auction with proceeds benefiting the Parkview Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Artist will be required to sign a release form.

Artist's image may be used on-air on the networks of WPTA, WISE and online at INCnow.tv. 

This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Broadcasting, Malara Broadcasting Group, contest sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their offices, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
