The ACSPCA (Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has partnered with two dynamic hair salons: "The Loft" and "The Hair Department" to announce a free makeover every week on INsight! In the spirit of giving, the salon owners want to do something for the women in our community while raising awareness for the furry friends at the ACSPCA. Each weekly winner will receive color/highlight, cut, deep conditioning or repair treatment, eyebrow design, makeup application, and a take-home hair care regimen!
